I am repeatedly asked if my novels also come in Kindle format.
By the second week of December 2022 , all four of them will be available on Amazon in both formats—-i.e. Paperback and Kindle.
And , of course, I will continue doing so.
Writing is like a double scoop of chocolate mint ice cream on a hot summer day!

A picture of the cover and a summary are now available on my website.
I’m busy putting up the first chapter too!
Check it out!
Finally!
I have finally finished Valentin’s story and, as planned months ago, it is entitled The Marquetry Box.
Just got an email from Amazon confirming it was getting published and would soon be available on all their sites.

NEW! NEW! NEW!
Because writing is so important for me, I love helping new writers.
Although readers might not think so, starting to write is not an easy thing to do. Nonetheless, writing is a beautiful adventure right from get-go!
Sometimes new writers spend years writing that first book, and after a while they may put it aside. I know that is what I did. At the end of the day, however, the need to write, and publish becomes so strong that you just plunge in!
Therefore, I have the pleasure of inviting Clare Hatfield, to join me on this website. You will certainly remember her. Clare is the person who interviewed me last year—-see the link to the interview on my homepage. She will have a page entitled Everything Angel in which she will write about her favorite subject: Angels. Clare will also share my blog. All very interesting stuff!
More To Come
I just published some of the reviews I have received concerning The Epiphany of Geert Vandiest. I would love for you to see them. There’s a link on my homepage that will take you straight to them. All the best, Mary
The Epiphany of Geert Vandiest
Yes, Geert Vandiest’s adventure in France has finally been published. At the moment there is only the paperback format but the Kindle format will soon follow.
My plans for 2022:
First of all, The Marquetry Box should come out late summer or maybe early Fall. This is the novel I’ve had on the back burner for a while. It’s all about Valentin, a young Belgian soldier, who deserts the army in 1906. With the help of his mother and big brother, he manages to get into France and joins the French Foreign Legion. As my readers know, all my novels are based on true events, this one more than the others. Secondly, I am toying with the story of Drake Greenwood, a prisoner on Death Row in Polunsky Unit in West Livingston (Texas), who disappears from his cell a few days before his scheduled execution.
The Epiphany of Geert Vandiest will be coming out a little later than I initially anticipated due to the fact new documents —-which needed translating and digging into—–came in concerning Valentin. The good news is that the novel on Valentin, which I have renamed The Marquetry Box will come out earlier than I initially anticipated.
I have just activated the Toolshed writing tips page. The first tip talks about how to create a Character Profile. This is important because you need to know your characters like the palm of your hand.
The Epiphany of Geert Vandiest is on schedule and will appear on Amazon end of November 2021 or early December 2021.
VALENTIN! The manuscript concerning Valentin Hurlet, which was giving me so many problems, is now going full sail. The title is The Marquetry Box and will be published sometime in 2022. I will leave it up to the reader to discover the connection between a Belgian Army deserter turned Legionnaire turned inmate #37885 in French Guyana——and a marquetry box. 🙂
Update:
I finished writing The Epiphany of Geert Vandiest last week and am going to start doing the proofreadings and maybe last minute adjustments.
So, I seem to be ahead of schedule.
